Framing the central scene are additional painted enamel sections in deep cobalt blue and turquoise tones, designed to mimic the luxurious look of hardstone inlay while showcasing the skill of the enameller. The combination of silver scrollwork and vivid enamel painting creates a refined, decorative effect. Inside, the case houses a tortoiseshell-patterned comb, blending practicality with luxury. Please note that one of the comb teeth on the left side is broken, a common occurrence with antique grooming pieces, though the overall structure remains intact.
