Vintage Universal Genève 18k Yellow Gold Diamond Dial Hand-Wind Tank Watch

Universal Genève hand-wind watch featuring a 22mm rectangular 18k yellow gold case with rounded side rails and a polished finish. The silver-tone dial is pavé-set with diamonds and bears the Universal Genève signature and emblem beneath 12 o'clock. Dark pointed hour and minute hands contrast with the diamond dial, which has no hour numerals. A ridged gold-tone winding crown with a dark cabochon sits at 3 o'clock. The case back is stamped “18K 0.750.” The watch is fitted with a black reptile-pattern leather strap and a gold-tone pin buckle. The watch is men's but would wear nice on a lady as well.
