Vintage Mikimoto 18k Yellow Gold Akoya Cultured Pearl and Diamond Pendant

Five Akoya cultured pearls form a balanced, graduated composition in this vintage Mikimoto pendant, with two pearls aligned above a sculptural triangular center and the largest pearl positioned below. The pearls have a uniform, unblemished appearance with rose overtones, their soft luster contrasting with the polished 18k yellow gold framework. Curved sides soften the central triangle, which holds three diamonds in a recessed setting. Two larger diamonds finish the outward-sweeping lower arms in circular bezels, adding bright accents on either side of the bottom pearl. The arrangement combines rounded pearl forms with defined gold geometry, giving the pendant a distinctive silhouette. A tapered polished bail connects through an articulated loop, allowing the pendant to move independently beneath the suspension point.
