* All items shipped Internationally will be shipped full value for customs. Please allow from one to four weeks for items to clear customs
* All items are sold with a 14 day return privilege, please contact us directly concerning returns prior to contacting eBay or leaving feedback.
* We will only ship to China by FedEx or Post Office Express Mail fully insured with the final value declared. The Shipping charge to China is $60 and all other international shipping will be a charge of $33.95. This is not negotiable. We will gladly combine multiple items if we are notified. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all customs and duty fees.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

All items shipped with delivery addresses with the United States are shipped free of charge, fully insured with signature confirmation, either by the United States Post Office (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). If your billing address is a P.O. Box your package will be sent by USPS only.

International Shipping Policy:

There is a flat fee of $105 for all international shipments. All International shipments are sent by United States Post Office Priority Express or Federal Express fully insured.

All packages are sent using generic USPS or FedEx packaging. All packages MUST be signed for. When your package is shipped you will receive an email with respective tracking information. If multiple items are purchased, we will do our best to combine in one shipment. Please note we can not send coral internationally.

Handling Times:

All orders will be shipped within one business day.

Returns and Exchanges

Blue Ribbon Rarities strives for excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. All returned items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it has been damaged, altered or worn. All original tags must be intact. All sales are final after 30 days.

Blue Ribbon Rarities offers 5 business days from the time your package arrives to notify us via e-mail your desire to return your purchase. Upon notification we will e-mail you a prepaid FedEx label for you to return your purchase. Please package your jewelry securely so that it does not rattle or move around in transit. Use a FedEx box only and tape the outer edges of the box for security. When dropping off at FedEx, you MUST obtain a receipt or there will be no insurance coverage.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item, check the condition and verify the tags. Full refunds will be issued within 3 days of receipt without any additional charges or fees if returned items are as sold, have not been altered in any way and have not been worn.
