Returns and Exchanges
Blue Ribbon Rarities strives for excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. All returned items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it has been damaged, altered or worn. All original tags must be intact. All sales are final after 30 days.
Blue Ribbon Rarities offers 5 business days from the time your package arrives to notify us via e-mail your desire to return your purchase. Upon notification we will e-mail you a prepaid FedEx label for you to return your purchase.  Please package your jewelry securely so that it does not rattle or move around in transit. Use a FedEx box only and tape the outer edges of the box for security. When dropping off at FedEx, you MUST obtain a receipt or there will be no insurance coverage.
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item, check the condition and verify the tags. Full refunds will be issued within 3 days of receipt without any additional charges or fees if returned items are as sold, have not been altered in any way and have not been worn.
